The City of Palm Bay, FL went live with iMSPermits in March 2022. The Building and Public Works Departments are now using the system for permitting, plan review and inspections. Phase II is scheduled to go live in March 2023 with Planning and Land Development, Code Compliance, and Business Tax Receipts (BTR).

The City of Brooklyn Center, MN went live with the iMS software suite in February 2021. They will be using the software for the following departments: Building and Construction Regulations, Planning and Zoning, Property Maintenance and Code Enforcement, Rental Inspection, and Business Licensing.

The City of Blaine, MN went live with the iMS suite in September 2020 to automate and manage the following departments and programs: Planning, Building and Fire Inspections; Housing and Neighborhood Services; Engineering; Public Works, Business Licensing, and Public Complaint/Inquiries.

Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry
The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) is utilizing the iMS Software Suite across several divisions. Phase I included Building and Plumbing divisions and went live in January 2019. Next, in Phase II, the following divisions were added to iMS: Boilers and Pressure Vessels, Combative Sports, Electrical, Elevators, High-Pressure Piping, Historical Boilers, Manufactured Structures, Boats for Hire and Enforcement. Phase II successfully went live in June 2020.. Currently, Phase III is in progress, encompassing Contractor Licensing statewide, and is scheduled to go live Quarter 4 of 2022.
