Congratulations to the City of Lakeland, Florida on a successful iMS go-live.
The City began production use of the iMS Suite across Community and Economic Development, including Building Inspections, Planning and Zoning, Code Enforcement, and Business Tax Receipts.
Implementation included a detailed review and modernization of City processes, using configurable iMS functionality to improve communication, clarity, consistency, and efficiency for staff and the public.
