Richmond is using iMS to support Community Development operations including permitting, inspections, code enforcement, licensing, and related processes. The platform gives City staff modern tools to manage work more consistently while improving visibility and access for residents and businesses.
The go-live marks an important milestone in Richmond's efforts to modernize its Community Development operations and replace legacy processes with a more connected, configurable platform.
