iMS is proud to announce that the City of Westlake, Ohio is officially live on the iMS Suite.
Westlake's new Community Development platform brings a wide range of services together in one convenient system. Residents, property owners, contractors, developers, design professionals, landlords, property managers, and businesses can use iMS to apply for permits, submit planning and zoning applications, register contractors, request City services, report concerns, and search City records.
Behind the scenes, iMS gives Westlake staff a more consistent way to receive applications and requests, organize information, route work to the appropriate departments, and manage each item throughout the review process.
We're proud to partner with the City of Westlake and its team as they continue improving how they serve their community. This successful go-live also represents another exciting step in the continued adoption of iMS across the country.
