iMS is excited to announce that our integration with Teller Enterprise Cashiering went live with the City of Westlake, Ohio in August 2026.
The integration brings iMS Community Development transactions and Teller's government-focused cashiering platform together in a connected production environment, giving Westlake staff a streamlined way to manage payments while keeping related workflows and transaction information connected.
Teller Enterprise Cashiering is designed specifically for government agencies and supports integrated payment processing, reporting, auditing, configurable cashiering workflows, and balancing and reconciliation. Connecting Teller with iMS extends the City's Community Development platform with a robust cashiering solution designed around the needs of government operations.
We're proud to bring this integration into production with Westlake and to continue expanding the technologies available to iMS customers.
